Delivery

Where we deliver

We ship to the United Kingdom and to most of the European Union. If your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there.

Costs and timescales

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery — £4.95, 2–4 working days
  • Free on orders over £75

European Union

  • Standard delivery — £9.95, 4–8 working days
  • Free on orders over £75

Timescales start from dispatch, not from when you order. They are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day.

You receive tracking by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Customs and duties on EU orders

Since the UK left the EU, parcels going to EU addresses cross a customs border. Depending on the destination and order value, import VAT and duty may be charged on arrival and are payable by you.

Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges means it is returned to us, and we deduct the return carriage from your refund.

Delivery problems

Parcel not arrived

If tracking has not moved for five working days, email hello@alvania.co.uk with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the outer packaging before you open it further and email us within 48 hours.

Wrong address

Check the address at checkout. Once a parcel is dispatched we usually cannot redirect it. If it comes back to us we will resend, with delivery charged again.

Missing items

Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one parcel. Your dispatch email says how many to expect. If something is genuinely missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery.
